It’s done! I have a new kitchen countertop and a tiled backsplash! Ain’t it great?
I’ve been waiting for awhile – what started as a simple garbourator install turned into several longer jobs (doesn’t it always), including framing in the basement and wiring in more electrical to the kitchen…etc. But now it’s done – just in time for Mother’s Day!! I love how it turned out and I love that we did most of it ourselves! I’m so impressed with all the stuff Trev knows how to do! We have a flooring goal eventually too but that will wait. Now it’s time to find some FREE stuff to do this summer!

Isn’t it amazing how guys just seem to be born knowing how to do all that stuff?? I’m always so amazed by all the reno. stuff Phil’s done around here too.
